The Atlas Security Council (OOC)

The Atlas Security Council is open to any nations that wish to participate and seeks to uphold peace and security in the regions in which it holds sway. The security council is chaired and facilitated by a Secretary-General, currently held by the representative from A Dreamers World, and passes resolutions to maintain or increase peace and security.

This thread is for out of character discussion on the Security Council and it's resolutions.

A Resolution to regulate nuclear weapons has been posted here: nscommonwealth.proboards.com/thread/88/resolution-regulate-nuclear-weapons

The resolution speaks for itself, but in terms of it's role in our roleplay, the idea is that the Nuclear Authority it creates will also keep a check on which nations hold nuclear weapons and arbritrate disputes over things like whether a nation could really have nukes or the amount of which they could hold.
