The Commonwealth is a collection of nations and regions whom use this forum in order to co-operate for their common interests and prosperity. The Commonwealth is governed by the Charter for the NationStates Commonwealth. As a new member of our forum, whether just a guest, a resident in a Member Region or a foreign Ambassador, your first action should be to introduce yourself in a new topic in our New Arrivals Forum.
