Election of a Chairwoman

As a Commonwealth Group, the Womens Group is required to elect a Chairperson on a bi-monthly basis. This Chairperson will sit on the Co-Ordinating Committee, taking a full role in the day to day business of the Commonwealth, ensuring the interests and concerns of the Womens Group are taken into account in all decisions. She will also be able to hold any member of the Co-Ordinating Committee to account and will hold a valuable vote in any confidence vote in the Head of the Commonwealth.

I think you that you should take the position and thn perhaps we hold an election if we get more members later.
