I present a draft copy of the Atlas Arms Manufacturing Treaty, a treaty designed to make war between signatory nations more difficult through the pooling of arms manufacturing capabilities and the use of technological advances to make signatory nations military hardware unable to act upon one anothers.

CONSIDERING that world peace must be safeguarded against the menaces which threaten it;
BELIEVING that in order to avoid war, nation must make efforts to make war impossible;
RESOLVED that to assist such efforts, nations should regulate their arms manufacturing industries;
HAVE DECIDED to create the Atlas Arms Manufacturing Treaty to this end:

HAVE DECIDED to create the Atlas Arms Manufacturing Treaty to this end:
1. The signatory nations shall pass legislation restricting Arms Manufacturing in their nation, except as set out in this Treaty.
2. Current organisations providing Arms Manufacturing services, operating in the signatory nations, shall be invited to pool their resources, contracts and holdings into a new company named AtlanTech.
3. AtlanTech shall become the only permitted arms manufacturer to operate in or supply weapons within the signatory nations.
4. AtlanTech shall be held accountable for it's actions and business model by the signatory nations.
5. AtlanTech will ensure that, wherever technology allows, AtlanTech products cannot be used against one another or against a signatory nation.
6. AtlanTech will freely supply arms and other security systems to all signatory nations and shall be further permitted to make sales to third party nations.
7. Signatory nations will only purrchase arms and security systems from AtlanTech and, where AtlanTech's supply does not meet the demand of signatory nations, AtlanTech will provide product purchased from third party suppliers.
