The Atlas Awards are a new Award system, established by Atlantis but with open participation for anyone, which awards players for their contribution to the game.
The Award for June/July 2019 is for Services to Legislation or Justice, also known as the Zeus Award.
From late May, I encouraged Delegates and Founders of Regions with an Embassy in Atlantis to nominate potential recipients of the Award.
The Nominees are:
Naruto (Konoha)
Commander Alpha (Change)
Spaceania (Union of Liberal Nations)
Lindair (The Monarchy Alliance)
Lemmingtopias (Atlantis)
August (Cape of Good Hope)
Baden-Wuerttemberg (Deutschland)
Next Steps
The next step will be for an investigator to be appointed. The investigator will draw up a report on each nominee. The investigator was going to be Naruto, but he has been nominated. Therefore, I have asked Felvor to be the investigator.
Once the Reports are compiled, these will be put before a panel. Each panelist will back two of the nominees. The nominees with the least votes will be withdrawn, the panel will then discuss the remaining nominees and back two nominees again. This will repeat until only two nominees remain. There will then be a public vote for the winner.
I will announce the Panel soon.
