Assassination
You can try to kill any player by informing The Minister. You have to pay 50 Drachmas to attempt to kill an NPC or secondary character. 75 Drachmas for a main player character (except for special characters/the Monarch). 150 Drachmas to kill a Special Character: High Priest, Lord Chancellor, the Minister or any other character that has significant protection from harm. 250 Drachmas to kill the Monarch. Once you have paid, a score will be calculated based on the Main Scores of the target, luck (-20 to 20 or 20-30 for a special character or 30-40 for the Monarch), combat ability and any appropriate Traits. A second score is calculated by taking a random number between 0 and 80, adding the killers RP bonus, -20 to 20% luck modifier and any appropriate Traits. If the second score is higher than the first, the assassination is successful.

Palace Coup
If there is a successful Palace Coup, the new Monarch can execute or banish the old one, though can also be merciful. The new Monarch can also execute certain characters that opposed them, with the approval of the Minister.
Suicide
If a character gets the 'Depressed' Trait and keeps it for one month, they can commit suicide. Though it is not always successful and their are risks if you survive.
