I like this idea. While I tend to vote against anything that "adds" the set of resolutions and for anything that "repeals," I would like to see some active regional debate on the WA matters at hand.
I'm of the opinion that while some ideas are good ideas, few good ideas can be applied globally. For instance, the recent WALDS resolution, I don't see how that would apply to a nation where reading & writing is illegal for religious reasons. There are some primitive nations out there with near-zero literacy rates. Access to the body of WA Resolutions would do them no good, for instance.
